The new reference of Herdade de Espirra - Método Tradicional 2010 – is a red wine produced, as the name suggests, in a traditional way which is already rare nowadays. Manually harvested, the grapes are then pressed with the feet and left in contact with their skin for a long time to extract all the complexity of Castelão variety.
